My pledge to you…

Hey!

If you’ve been following my blog for a while than you already know a lot about my personality, what I believe in and how I think and feel when it comes to fitness, health and success in life.

I wanted to put together a pledge to you the reader, all my personal training clients, all my bootcamp members and those that are thinking about wanting to join.

Here is my pledge to you….

1. To offer the hands down, without any question, no doubt, top of the line training and workout experience that you will EVER have in your life, no exceptions.

2. Every day that you come in to a workout led by me or one of my trainers, you will NEVER say to yourself “wow I wish it was harder” or “I wish I sweated more.”  Just won’t happen.

3. To never waste  your time. From the workouts to the music to the equipment that we have at our bootcamps and studios, we will never have anything that is a waste of your time.  Everything we have in every aspect of my training business serves a purpose.

4. To give you a slight edge.  When you come to our bootcamps or train with our trainers, you know that you are getting the best workout you can get, no questions asked.  You are always getting a slight edge over people who just go to the gym, workout with another trainer or studio.  Our training is the best and that translates into the best results for you.

5. To give you the best trainers.  I’ve been in the fitness industry for over five years and trust me, that is more than enough time to realize that finding a trainer that knows what they are doing is HARD to find.  Trainers are a dime a dozen and more often than not they don’t know what they are doing.  At RB Fitness and TNT Bootcamp, you always get the best trainers.  My philosophy has always been that having letters at the end of your name is cool and all, but it’s all about RESULTS! My trainers have all proven that they can deliver results and that sets us apart from everyone else.

6. I will always be in better shape than you. Ok, this may sound arrogant and all, but think for a second.  Would you train with someone who is more out of shape than you? If you wanted to be a millionaire, would you ask someone who is broke for advice on how to make money? I hope not! I promise that I will always give you a run for your money and be in top shape because in order for you to grow as a client and find the way in your fitness journey, you need someone who has already been down that path :)

7. We will always care. I’ve always been a big believer that in order to get someone results, you have to care about that person. Crazy concept right?

At the end of the day, nothing gives me more joy than seeing someone get incredible results from working with me.  Don’t get me wrong, when I say I care…it doesn’t mean I’m going to baby you.

Sometimes it’s tough love and I will have no problem correcting or telling you where your going wrong.  I only do it because I care! And trust me, there is a big difference when you know that you have a trainer that is on your team and is working with you with your best interests in mind.

8. We will change your life.   Another statement that might sound arrogant to the outsider, but just ask anyone who has gotten awesome results from training at my studio. Trust me, when you lose 20, 30, 40+ pounds you better believe that is going to make a big difference and change your life.  Take my awesome bootcamper and all around good guy Joe for example:

I remember when my wife and I first sat down for our consultation with Robby before taking our first class.  I was thinking; what am I getting myself into?  How long will we actually go to this thing?  Am I wasting my time or is this going to work?  Those questions were answered quickly.  I immediately knew after our first Boot Camp class this was no ordinary exercise class or fad – in short – I thought I was going to die after my first class.  It was tough!  But at the same time it felt good to push myself, I felt for the first time in a long time I had really gotten a great workout.

Now eight months later, I am down 35 pounds, feeling great about how I look and in one of the best shapes of my life.  I remember Robby telling us that if you are serious about losing weight and feeling great, Boot Camp becomes a way of life – you plan around it.  He’s right.  We do plan around it because we have seen results.

One of the things I like best about Boot Camp is what I like to call the “in and out” feeling of it.  You go to class, it’s planned out for you, you do it, and you’re done.  In 50 minutes I get a much better workout than I could ever put myself through with 2+ hours at the gym.  Also the camaraderie amongst all the people going to Boot Camp; you support one another, see people getting results, and of course make jokes with people when they haven’t shown up for a few days – its motivation to keep going.  And I have to mention that Robby is a great motivator.  He guides, supports, and helps you every class and lets you know how you’re doing.  He has been awesome!

In short, Boot Camp has been a life changer.  My wife and I continue to go on a regular basis together, and it really does become part of your routine.  In my opinion, a great way to stay in shape, especially if you don’t have a lot of time to spend hours at the gym.

9. Your going to get hooked up:  Have you ever been to a store and you go to buy something and they tell you “oh we have a special going on today and because you bought that product, your going to get all of these accessories free!”  How cool is that right? I mean your basically paying for one thing but your getting so much back in return.  That’s how my business is, you never get what you pay for…you get MORE than you pay for.  I always believe in over delivering on everything I give you from the workouts, meal plans, coaching, support, motivation, equipment…and so much more.

10. To constantly evolve and improve:  One thing that I have never been really good at and is not in my nature is to be complacent.  I have to always be improving and doing things better than the day before.  And that is in all parts of my life, especially in my business.  I always want to be ahead of the curve and come up with new techniques and workouts that are going to put you light years ahead of someone at another gym or with another trainer.  The more ahead of the curve I am, the better the workout your going to get.

Overall, all I ever want to do it give you the best workout ever and get you in the best shape of your life….and trust me that is not too much to ask :)

P.S.  If you haven’t heard already, my new bootcamp location is opening on September 19th….in Woburn! If you life in the area, come check out our website and get in shape now!

An object in motion…

Over the course of this summer I’ve made a lot of changes along with doing lots of planning for the upcoming fall and winter.  In my business I have always made it a point to do several things for my clients and those that I come into contact with….

1. Provide the best, top of the line, above and beyond your expectation workouts and services that never leave you unsatisfied and always wanting more.

2.  To offer a bootcamp that is so good and results driven that when a person comes in and tries out my bootcamp, they don’t even need to bother trying out another..because they already know they’ve been to the best

and finally…

3. To make all of my programs and services an experience and a way of life for my clients.  I only want clients who are in it for the long haul and worth building a long last relationship with that is rewarding for both sides.  People who aren’t serious…don’t even bother!

I believe with all my heart that RB Fitness and TNT Bootcamp is hands down the best all around fitness business around.  I’ve been in the fitness industry for just over 5 years but in that time I’ve seen literally ever bad program, mistakes, and just all around sh*#@y programs.  It is my promise to you, now more than ever, to make RB Fitness and TNT Bootcamp even farther ahead of the competition that it already is because you deserve it.  At the end of the day, the better we are as a business and as trainers…the better off  you will be as clients.  I want to be the best, because I want YOU to be the best!

So having said that, I’ve made a few cool updates to my business which I think will be a great thing for everyone!

Cool Update #1:  Well the rumors predicting my demise just aren’t true.  In fact…starting on Monday, September 19th, I am officially opening my 3rd Bootcamp Location!

That’s right! Located in Woburn at 186 Cambridge Street (aka Four Corners), I am partnering with Metabolic Designs to offer a 3rd location that is going to absolutely ROCK!  The location is awesome, the space is awesome, the equipment is awesome and our trainers are awesome.  If you have been wanting to join my bootcamp but lived too far away…well now is your chance.  Be sure to check out the Woburn class schedule right on my TNT Bootcamp website. Also stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to opening day!

Cool Update #2:  In our Tyngsboro location we are still going strong!  In fact, we are added a fourth class to the week schedule so if you live in the Tyngsboro area you now have even more chances to finally get the body you deserve.  With our awesome new trainer Nicole leading the way, you just can’t go wrong. You don’t believe me?  Ok, well then ask yourself this….how many people you know would actually do a Burpee at their own wedding? Well I know one person…and that’s Nicole.

And be on the lookout for more improvements over the fall and winter at this location.  I see HUGE potential here and I know it is only going to keep getting better and better.  Be sure to take advantage of our free trial if you haven’t.

Cool Update # 3:  At our Acton Studio, we’ve made quite a few changes over the summer, with more to come by the fall.

One thing that I did at the studio is add a bunch over cool equipment to our arsenal.  With the addition of new kettlebells, awesome huge fun ropes, and really heavy (but totally awesome) sandbags…these are just another tool in the shed that we can use to add variety, excitement and fun to the bootcamp and personal training workouts.

Check out the pics below:

Keri, Alixe and Kathleen Rockin’ the new Ropes….it’s all about making waves!

Heather and Crystal using our new Sandbags…the sandbags are heavy, but what a great workout!

Our New Kettlebells…they look pretty innocent just sitting there…but don’t be fooled!

Along with the new equipment that we’ve added…we are also adding new services including personal training and small group training.

At RB Fitness…we are going to be opening up our Personal Training services this fall and it’s going to be awesome.  If you are looking for that one on one attention with maximum results, this is the place to be.  Stay posted in the next two weeks as we will be officially launching the program!  With prices as low as $49/month…you don’t want to miss out!

Cool Update #4:  Over the past month, my good friend and fellow bootcamp Dan Dumont has been feverishly working on my newest website rbfitness.com.  This site is going to be the newest and main site for the RB Fitness/TNT Bootcamp empire and I can tell you that after seeing what Dan has done so far….it’s going to be awesome!  The site should be done within the next week…so get ready for the big unveiling.

So there you have it…four of the many new updates that I’ve been working hard at.

Sure it’s cool to talk about all the things that I’ve done and blah blah blah…but here is why I do it….I do it for my clients.  At the end of the day, nothing excites me more than to see someone come to me looking to get into shape and change their life, and actually doing it!

Just take a look at my client Heather and how far she has come from when she first started…

Over the last six months I can’t believe how far I have come. I am pleased with my weight loss of (20 +lbs), tone and strength I have gained, but more importantly for the fact that exercise has become a ritual for me.   I use to have every excuse in the book about why I couldn’t find the time to exercise (like I am the only wife, mother of two with a job, and a house to take care of).  A long time friend of mine called me and asked me to do this “Boot Camp” with her that she saw on Groupon.  Honestly, when I first started, I thought maybe I would last the month if that.  I not only lasted a month , but have committed to one year!  No longer is it a chore – it is something that I look forward to. On days I miss, I don’t feel good about it, but I don’t beat myself up about it either. I just get back on track. This is a new reaction for me because before I would say “I am a failure” and use it as an excuse to stop going or make poor eating decisions. No more! I realize that if I want the best quality of life I can have as I age, then I will have to continue this routine of exercising and healthy eating for a lifetime.

Thank you Robby and TNT Boot Camp, for your encouragement, knowledge, and support during this journey. I for one could not have accomplished this without you.”

For me personally, this is what keeps me going and makes me want to be the most successful Fitness Training and Bootcamp around.  If having more locations, more equipment and the best trainers helps me reach more people finally meet their goals, then I will do everything in my power to make that happen.

Because to me, it’s all about YOU!

P.S. If you haven’t checked out our bootcamp or any of our services, give us a call 978 255 FITT (our new dedicated business #) and let us help you make a BIG difference in your life.

How to Lose Your Baby Belly….

Posted by admin | Posted in Nutrition, Workouts | Posted on 29-08-2011-05-2008

Hey!

So today I wanted to write a quick post about two things that I get asked all the time by my female clients…

1.) Is there anything I can do about my belly?

OR

2.) Can I get rid of my belly without getting surgery?

Well have no fear because I’m going to do my very best to answer any questions you may have and hopefully help you to finally get rid of that stubborn “baby pouch.” Here are a few steps that can help improve and sometimes even get rid of your pouch.

While many new moms struggle with losing post-pregnancy weight and strengthening the abdominal muscles, recovery after a cesarean section presents unique challenges. Because nerves in the abdomen may be affected by a c-section, you may need a longer amount of time post-delivery for your abdomen to heal and nerve sensation to return. In order to rid yourself of the post-baby belly, you must combine efforts of a healthy diet and exercise.

Step 1

Breastfeed your baby, which may help your uterus to shrink faster post-delivery. According to Baby Center, breastfeeding helps to burn extra calories as well as shrink the abdomen. It’s also advantageous to the baby, as breast milk is designed to perfectly meet an infant’s nutritional needs, according to the Nursing Mothers Counsel.

Step 2

Drink plenty of water–Love to Know recommends at least 75 ounces of water per day for a 150-pound woman. Water is advantageous for c-section patients because it helps to reduce bloating by moving bloat-causing sodium through the body. Water also helps you to feel more full, which can reduce the tendency to overeat.

Step 3

Follow a low-fat diet. Diet is very important for you after a c-section because you may not be able to exercise while recovering from this procedure. The key is to consume enough calories, yet choose low-fat, high-nutrient foods. Love to Know recommends a diet between 1,500 and 2,000 calories per day. You may wish to consume the higher end of this range if you are breastfeeding, as you require more calories in order to provide the best nutrition for your baby.

Step 4

Exercise, taking care to gradually increase the intensity. For moms hoping to improve their post-baby belly, exercise sessions could include postpartum yoga or Pilates sessions geared specifically toward the unique needs of women after baby. You can even incorporate your baby into your exercise routine by pushing her in a jogging or walking stroller.

Although it may seem difficult to get rid of the excess skin and weight after pregnancy, it can certainly be done as long as your disciplined in your diet and in your exercise routine.

5 Workout Mistakes You Could be Making

Posted by admin | Posted in Workouts | Posted on 22-08-2011-05-2008

0

Hey!

I hope you are having a great day.  Today I wanted to write a little bit about some mistakes that you might possibly be making when it comes to your workout routine and how you can fix it.

It is really cool to see people workout and do something to improve their body and the way they look.  I will never ever criticize someone for their enthusiasm for getting into shape, as motivation is half the battle.  However, if you have lots of enthusiasm and motivation but your doing the wrong thing….well then that motivation is going to waste in the wrong place.  If you correct the small mistakes your making, then you can quickly fix it and your results more often than not will go through the roof!

Ok so here are 5 things that you might be doing wrong when it comes to working out…

1. Your Form: Have you ever heard the expression “it’s not quantity, it’s quality?” Of course you have! This can’t be more true when it comes to working out and getting in shape.  Many times people are under the impression that the more repetitions that they can do, they better off they will be. Or even worse, the more weight they can put up for one or two repetitions will get them to where they want to be.  Let me be clear, more weight or more repetitions of an exercise do not mean anything unless you have good form!

2. Crunches don’t equal abs: So I know everyone and their mother wants to have the perfect set of abs.  I mean how cool is it to walk on the beach or look and the mirror and see 6 pack abs looking back at you (it’s pretty cool).  So how do you get there, but doing lots of crunches and situps? Well I hate to break it to you, but you can do crunches and situps till you are blue in the face (or any other color) and you still won’t have that six pack look.

So how do you get a six pack…more high intense cardio and a good diet.  Believe it or not, most people already have a good set of abs, you just can’t see it. That is because the layers of fat on your stomach are covering them up so to get rid of them you need consistent high intense bursts of exercise and a ab friendly diet (ie, no ice cream, cake, etc).

3. One muscle at a time: How many times have you seen someone at the gym who is looking to lose weight and what do they do? They go to the bench press and do a quick set of 10 repetitions. Then they will wait around for 5 minutes or so, talk to a few people, check out a few girls and then do another set.  Do you think that this is the most effective way to get in shape?  NO!

See the reason why people who go to my bootcamp are so successful in getting in shape is because first off all they don’t waste any time in the workouts. It’s 45 minutes of non stop, high intensity workouts. And the other reason that is instead of isolating one muscle, our bootcampers are using multiple muscle groups at the same time.  So instead of doing a bicep curls, we are doing that with a lunge or a squat, or even on one leg.  You can check out how effective bootcamp is here.

4. Your attitude: Let’s face it, if your attitude sucks, your not going to get anywhere in life and in your workouts.  I have seen way too many people who have all the initial intentions of getting into great shape and if they don’t see results in the first week, they get all pissed off and say stupid things like “exercise doesn’t work for me” or “it is impossible for me to lose weight.” Nothing get’s me more frustrated!  These people spend 10-20+ years working hard on being out of shape.  They never workout for 20 years, eat crap and then they get pissed off. Crazy!

Let me be very clear….it doesn’t matter if your doing the best workout program, have the best personal trainer, and are eating the right stuff…if your attitude sucks, your results will suck.  Remember, you are who you think you are.

5. Mix it up: The human body is an amazing thing and can adapt so quickly.  Many times people will repeat all the same workouts over and over again without seeing any results.  If your workouts aren’t being switches ever 2-4 weeks, then your results are going to plateau.  At our bootcamp, your going to never worry about plateauing as every workout is different every day of the week.

Hope this helps! :)

It’s all about hard work…

Hey!

I hope you are having an awesome day.  I had some time to reflect on some things over the past few weeks and I still cannot get over how truly blessed I am as a person.  In one of my previous posts I talked all about why I am happy and enjoy life and how you can to. If you want to check out that post you can find it here.

But today I want to focus on you and why I am so thankful for having such awesome personal training clients, bootcampers, and friends in the industry.  It is because of you that I enjoy being in the field of fitness and that I enjoy going to work every day.  I mean how many people really can say that when they go to work they get to enjoy awesome people, joke around, workout and build not just our bodies..but friendships too?! Not too many!

I am so thankful for people who are motivated and don’t make excuses.  Sure my bootcamp is difficult and takes a lot of dedication to stick to it, but I am amazed how many people I have that have that dedication, and more!  These people don’t make excuses for themselves and had a goal in mind and accomplished it.

Take for example my bootcamper Rob.  If you come to bootcamp, then you know exactly who he is.  He is the guy when he first started working out at my bootcamp, he could barely finish a workout.  The first few weeks were very tough for him…in fact, I think most people would probably have given up and stopped all together.  But Rob is a different breed and pushed through the hard times because he knew that if he could get through the beginning, he could make it to the end goal.  And he did, just ask him.

“Robby, It’s been just shy of four months since I started TNT Bootcamp and here is what it has done for me….

I had my annual physical today and instead of the usual chastising by my doctor I got some excellent news. My formerly high blood pressure (150/110 on average) is now looking very normal at 117/81 and that’s without any medication! Since my last visit, I’ve lost 30lbs and I didn’t start losing weight until I started bootcamp.
Bootcamp has given me the power to get in shape, lose weight, and do it al without a “deny everything” diet.  I eat smarter (more chicken, fish and vegetables) and watch the sweets and starches.  My belt is on it’s last hole and pretty soon I’ll need to start shopping for some new clothes. I feel stronger, leaner, and looking good without my beer gut.  Thanks so much for introducing me to a great program, it’s made a huge difference in my life and in my health.”
Rob made the decision to finally do something about his weight so that he can look and feel better, and be in great shape so that he can live a long life and see his kids grow up.  Sure he could have made excuses, but I’m thankful that he didn’t and now he is an inspiration!
I’m thankful that I have clients who are mom’s who work full time, have young kids, yet STILL find the time to workout and get in great shape.  Just look at my client Karen, she does exactly that.  With a full time job and two young (and awesome) kids, most people would probably throw in the towel and think that maybe bootcamp or getting in shape just isn’t in the cards.  Because as we all know, time is hard to find (at least that’s what people tell me.)  However, Karen is someone that understands how important exercising is and how beneficial it can be.  I remember when Karen first started coming to bootcamp over a year ago she was in pretty good shape, but I could tell she wanted to be in even better shape and she wasn’t afraid to put in the hard work and effort to do so.
Flash forward to now and you’ll most likely see Karen at almost every bootcamp class, sometimes even doing back to back classes.  Do you need to do back to back classes? Of course not, but when you have a specific goal in mind, you gotta go the extra mile.
So does working hard and putting in extra effort actually pay off?  Well take a look at Karen doing what I call “burpee pullups” and you tell me.
YouTube Preview Image
If after watching that video your still not sure if working hard pays off, well let me answer that question for you…YES!  And don’t even get me started on her 7min 22sec. plank…

Oh and speaking of working hard…

How hard do you think it is to sit down? Well typically it is very easy and doesn’t make much effort…you just well, sit there.  And of course when I first asked that question, you already in your mind assumed that I mean that you were sitting on a chair. Well what if there was no chair but you were still sitting down against the wall. How long do you think you could stay seated? Well one of my awesome clients, Melissa, decided to find out.
And I must say it got pretty boring after awhile seeing she was able to stay seated for Over 7 minutes!!!!  When Melissa first started training at bootcamp, she like everyone else realized how tough it was.  BUT she didn’t give up and now almost always finishes close to the top in most of the workouts that we do.  It’s all about hard work.
And even though she is working hard…she is always smiling! :)
Ok so you might be thinking to yourself….well do I ever get to take time off from exercising. I mean I must be able to take time off when I’m pregnant right? Well you certainly can, but that’s not what my client Melanie did.  You see Melanie has been a client of mine for almost five years now.  She has always been a big fan of working out because she knows how important it is.  Over the past five years I’ve had the privilege of training her through not one, but two pregnancies.  Most people when they are pregnant gain anywhere from 30-60lbs, feel tired and run down, get sick, and all kinds of other fun things.
Not Melanie!
In fact, during her two pregnancies she gains only 20-25lbs (aka ALL BABY WEIGHT!)  She maintained a healthy diet and continued to exercise and workout five days a week.  Sure she paced herself but she was consistent. She never got sick and still had plenty of energy.
Now that may not seem all that exciting and impressive.  But what if I told you that during her first delivery, she only pushed for 4 minutes? Or in her most recent pregnancy, it was a little bit tougher, she had to push for 5 minutes.  Oh and did I mention that less that a week later after delivery she was already back to working out?  Now that’s impressive!
You see, more often than not all I ever hear is an excuse of why something can’t be done.  It’s too hard, I don’t have time, I don’t feel like it, I can’t afford it, I can’t commit.  And it’s sad to say that these people will NEVER see the results or be where they could be in life as long as they keep this attitude.  Although I mentioned just a few people, the VAST majority of my clients all have a CAN DO attitude and don’t give up on anything, even when the going gets tough. If you’ve been to my bootcamp lately then you already know that the workouts have gotten much more challenging.  But my clients don’t give up and just DO IT!
If you are tired of seeing no results then you need to look in the mirror and see what you can do to make a change in yourself.  If you are a member of my bootcamp, then you know exactly what that is and how to do it!
It’s all about hard work…

Getting this off my chest….

Posted by admin | Posted in Workouts | Posted on 14-05-2011-05-2008

Originally when I was going to write this weeks post, I was going to go off on a rant about an event that happened to me at the “big box gym” that I belong to…and maybe I still will (for just a little bit). So here we go…

There are several things I’ve noticed in this industry in the 6 years or so that I’ve been a trainer and a business owner.  One of the first things I’ve noticed is that a big box gym cares less about getting you results and more about the bottom line. This fact holds true throughout the majority of big gyms, regardless of what gym you belong to.  I’ve seen countless gym members belong to a gym years on end and never ever see any results, yet they keep giving their money to the “big box gym.”

This is a really sad thing for me to watch but I think that by far one of the saddest things for me to see doesn’t have to do with the members, but the trainers.  I can’t tell you how many times I’ve spoken to a trainer who works as a “big box gym”  and when you talk to them it is like looking at a sad puppy. In fact, I’d say less than 10% of trainers are happy working at a big gym.  You see, when you first work as a trainer at a gym, you are so enthusiastic and hopeful and excited to get started and get people in great shape and make a great living for yourself.

Then reality hits.

You soon realize that in order to make a good living for yourself, you have to work A LOT.  And when I say a lot, I mean you have to start your day training clients around 5am and then you are working till late at night, sometimes around 8-9pm, because your clientele works during the day so you have to train then when they don’t work.  This seems good for a month or so, but let me tell you first hand, it’s exhausting.  It’s even more exhausting when you get your paycheck and realize that whatever it is you charge per session, the “big box gym” takes HALF of it, THEN you have to pay taxes.  Think it’s a coincidence that you don’t see many older trainers? Big gyms structure the personal trainers role in a way that makes that position a JOB and not a CAREER for the trainer.

So what does this have to do with you the client?  On the surface it may not seem like it relates to you, but trust me it should mean EVERYTHING to you!

Say your a client and your looking to lose weight and you don’t have much motivation to do so on your own…ok so you hire a trainer.  Chances are you’ll get one of two types of trainers. The first type of trainer you’ll get will be the one who is “successful” as a trainer at the gym aka “works a lot and gets paid a little”.  This trainer is working 12 hour days and is exhausted.  You think a trainer who has bags under his eyes, looks like they haven’t showered in a few days, and is carrying a cup of coffee when he trains is going to have the focus and energy to give you their 100% to get you the results that you deserve and pay TOP DOLLAR for?

Or you get the trainer who is still very green.  They may be more motivated than Coffee Joe over there but well…they’ve been a trainer for only three weeks and are still pumped because they got a passing score on the written trainer exam.  Chances are this person knows very little about training; and who knows, your probably paying $100 a session to someone who you are their first client!

If you know me well, then you know that I am not good at following directions and I can never work for someone or do something that I am not passionate about.  My passion in life is getting people results, making people feel as if they changed their life forever.  My passion is seeing people come to me and tell me how much fitness has made a difference in their lives.  I approach my business and philosophy in a way that is a complete 180 from the big gyms.  The number one priority should be getting the client results.  If you do that, your business will be more successful than you can ever imagine.  Instead of just collecting money, why not actually care about the members and the trainers that work there.  If the trainers aren’t motivated, then the clients will certainly not be motivated either.

I personally believe that the fitness industry is by far the best to work in and should be nothing but a blast each and every day!  I know how blessed I am to wake up everyday and spend my day with awesome clients who I love and care about and get to make a big difference in their lives.  I know plenty of great trainers and I know that good trainers don’t stay at the big gyms. Heck I only lasted a few months (which seemed forever).

My point is this…..no matter what you do in life you need to be passionate and strive to get results.  Although I can’t control what other gyms do in the fitness industry, I can control my business and my business will ALWAYS be a business that is passionate about getting you results.  I will never rest on my laurels and tell you all about my years of experience and how much weight I can benchpress, but I will always have YOUR best interests in mind and use everything I know and ever resource I have to get you the results that you want.

I don’t think that’s included in a gym membership is it?
